*Other Government Agency (OGA) registrations will be processed by the SAME Small Business Conference at http://www.samesbc.org/reg_info.cfm. OGA attendees will schedule NVSBE activities through https://nvsbe.com/ after completing their SBC registration. All NVSBE attendees must register. NO ONE is automatically registered.
What Your Registration Includes
Registration includes access to all activities; including the Wednesday and Thursday evening receptions, the Exhibit Hall during show hours, and access to Wi-Fi while in the convention center. Lunch is included Wednesday through Friday and refreshments are available throughout each day (e.g., beverages and light snacks).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations will be accepted through October 1, 2018, and must be submitted in writing. Registration fees will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $75.00 for individual registration. We regret that refunds cannot be issued after October 1, 2018, or for no-shows. You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the conference. The cancellation fee and deadline do not apply to government registrations. Government employees will not be charged fees for cancellation.
To transfer your registration, please provide the following information: current registrant's name, the substitute's full name (prefix and suffix), position title, email address, work address, work phone number, cell phone number and an emergency contact name and phone number. If the substitute's registration category is different from the original registrant, the registration fee difference will be charged.
