    Business Opportunity Sessions
During a BOS, a Procurement Decision Maker Host from the Department of Veterans Affairs, other government agencies or the commercial sector will outline their organization's major program activities and their specific procurement opportunities as well as address forecasted needs for 2018 and 2019. Our hosts will address how they see small businesses adding value to their organization in both prime and subcontractor roles. Each session is 45 minutes in length; 20 to 30 minutes for the presentation, followed by 15 to 25 minutes for Q&A. Up to 3 PDM hosts will lead each session.

    Learning Sessions
These sessions help improve a small business' procurement readiness by allowing experts to share their expertise and real-world strategies. The sessions have been developed in 3 tracks: "Business Development"; "Doing Business with the Federal Government or a Commercial Company" and "Advanced Procurement Strategies". The sessions will be led by federal and commercial authorities in their fields. Each session lasts 45 minutes and includes a Q&A component.

    General Sessions
Will be led by VA, other government agencies (OGA), or Commercial Leaders. General Sessions provide an overview of a timely or 'hot' topic that a large number of stakeholders would find relevant -not just specific to one industry or Community of Interest (COI).

    Executive Roundtable
These invitation only sessions allow the SECVA, COSVA, Under, Assistant or Acting Secretaries to meet with a select group of stakeholders in a small, intimate setting.

    Senior Leader Roundtable
These invitation only sessions allow Senior Leaders to meet with select stakeholders.

    Senior Leaders Overview
Senior Leaders (Senior Executive Service staff) will provide an overview of the programs within their oversight and reinforce the importance that VA, OGA or Commercial Leadership places on providing access to procurement opportunities to small businesses.

    VA PDM Learning Sessions
The VA Procurement Decision Makers are instrumental to the success of VA's outreach to our Veteran stakeholders. These closed sessions allow peer-to-peer activities to share best practices, lessons learned, and candid talks with Senior Leaders to ensure their questions and needs are addressed so they may continue to provide excellent service to our Veteran and small business stakeholders.
