    General Session: Enhancing Acquisition Planning through Early Engagement with Industry (Room 120/127)
    This session will allow the audience to "be in the room" when companies (large/mid-tier/small) discuss a potential bid pursuit and observe the questions each Role Player is confronted as they decide whether or not to bid on a procurement. This mock Bid/No-bid review will include a short role play - followed by audience Q&A - with industry reps taking on positions of the CEO, BD/Capture Manager, Operations/Technical Solutions SME, Finance/Pricing Specialist, Risk/HR/Legal Representative, and Proposal Manager/Teaming Coordinator.

    The DWDM is a Plenary Session or a Keynote Address. During DWDM, participants share a meal with VA, OGA and Commercial PDMs, and Senior Leaders across federal agencies and the private sector as well as fellow businesses. Each DWDM session will feature a keynote address from industry or government expert. DWDM is designed to facilitate informal conversations between PDM hosts and participants. These sessions will take place on Tuesday (12/5), Wednesday (12/6), and Thursday (12/7) from 12:15 to 1:45PM. Festival seating for all participants except for the designated host (1 or 2 host per table).

Each session is 45 minutes in length; 20 to 30 minutes for the presentation, followed by 15 to 25 minutes for Q&A.
